Dr. Wilkinson is an associate professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at the University of Iowa.  He is secretary of the Executive Committee of the American Optometric Association Low Vision Rehabilitation Section.  He has published extensively and spoken all over the globe concerning issues related to visual rehabilitation. He teaches optics to the ophthalmology residents at the University of Iowa and around the world.</div>');
