biofeedback training

Biofeedback instruments monitor physiological changes through sensors placed on the body. The signals from the sensors are usually amplified as an auditory or visual display. Elderly people can learn relaxation techniques through biofeedback, and many medical complaints of older people have been eliminated through this instrumental teaching of relaxation.
