exercises, Feldenkrais
Moshe Feldenkrais, an Israeli physiologist with a considerable background in Judo, developed several hundred unusual exercises to enhance body function and movement. These exercises are beneficial to the elderly in that they help increase the ease of body movement. Some examples of these exercises include autogenic training, biofeedback training, group breathing, Hatha Yoga, meditation, self-image exercise and Tai Chi Chuan.
