Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi Chuan is a set of exercises that combine mental concentration, coordination of breathing, and movement. The movements are done very slowly, as if the person were floating, so they require great concentration and balance. By performing just a few of these exercises on a regular basis the older person can improve balance, grace and strengthen his or her self-confidence.
