PT states she doesn't get pain medicines at appropriate time takes a long time to get here PT states she would like to play bingo more often than they do PT thought she could get more therapy than she got PT states food could be better. PT states she doesn't like people coming into her room. PT states she smells a lot of urine in room but at the same time housekeeper does a good job cleaning.
