A Esotropia Syndrome 1

Ocular: Esotropia greater looking up by 15 prism diopters than looking down; an overaction of superior oblique muscles or underaction of inferior rectus muscles; fusion may be obtained by chin elevation; mongoloid (upward) slant of lid fissures; may be accommodative, nonaccommodative, or paralytic esotropia components.
