Ocular: Exotropia greater looking down by 15 prism diopters than looking up; mongoloid (upward) slant of lid fissures; alternating sursumduction and associated vertical divergence; overaction of superior oblique muscles or underaction of inferior oblique or inferior rectus muscles; fusion obtained by chin depression.
