General: "Environmentally ill" or allergic to unusual or common substances in the environment; females affected most frequently.

Ocular: Transient visual loss.

Clinical: Stupor; lethargy; memory loss; depression; gastrointestinal dysfunction; rashes; migraine headache; hearing loss.
