Cranial Nerves, Recurrent Paresis
General: Autosomal recessive; rare, recurrent episodes of Bell palsy and external ophthalmoplegia; lack of iridoplegia distinguishes it from aneurysm.
Ocular: External ophthalmoplegia; third nerve palsy.
Clinical: Bell palsy; diabetes; polycythemia.
