There needs to be a lot of work done. I have more trouble getting up than going to bed. Not satisfied how with how catheters can only be handled by 10-6 shift.

This facility is the pits. Aids do not change me in a timely manner or rls. I get left in my wheel chair for 5 to 9 bro w/o being changed. I doing got my bath on rog basis.

Social Worker. I had to call her! Also , I had to get other facilities involved. Never got my home health. I had to do everything. Completely disorganized. Don't know my doctor never came in one time. Did not get meds on time.

Certain aides take their time when it comes to waiting on me. My mom and two brother have been in this facility. I had an accident, poop and aide said she wasn’t cleaning up that mess and I can’t always get my Shower. Did not get my shoes back sent in laundry that’s (OVER).

I think if a resident doesn’t get a check there should be some kind of backup to enable us to pay our bills and go shopping because this place gets all of our money to begin with. It’s hell being poor in a place like this.

Coffee at breakfast has no creamer, no sugar.
Food is bland, not hot, food sits in hallways and gets cold. I am very unhappy with weekend staff. No coffee, no ice on weekends. the staff acts like they are on vacation. No boos here and they only half way do their job.
