Dr. Francis Palmer

Graduating with honors from San Diego State University and receiving his M.D. from the University of California Irvine School of Medicine, Dr. Palmer has been practicing his craft at the top of the industry for many years. Dr. Palmer is certified with the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is board eligible with the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery.

In addition to be the Director of Facial Plastic Surgery for the Head and Neck Surgery Department at the University of Southern California School of Medicine, Dr. Palmer is also an author and has written a revolutionary book in the field of plastic surgery called "What's Your Number... The Palmer Code".
