Dr. Bonnici is a good doctor but her office staff are not friendly or knowledgeable. Website states same day appointment for established patient, that has never happen to my mom. She ended up in emergency room. Lab work order 1-2 weeks goes by still no phone call. I have to call office.

I am very disappointed. I like the doctor but the office staff is not very knowledgeable. Doctor's website say same day appointment for established patient urgent needs. I could not get pass the front office receptionist.
