I love my doctor. I love coming to see Ricardo but there is one woman in the front office named Rosario who is rude, impatient and outright lies. She really need people skills. This is not the place to treat people with such low disregard.

Ricardo goes beyond expectations. If he doesn't know something he will look it up and provides an accurate diagnosis. He does not have a God complex often seen in doctors.
My recommendation is that you pay for med-school so that he can put his natural talents to better use. You are welcome to use my words to help Ricardo reach his goals.
Regarding the chairs: I have a very clear bad back. I would be very grateful to have a more comfortable chair to sit on while waiting.
I would also like to compliment the staff. They are very professional. This is a very harmonious group, all of whom should be recognized for the fine work that they do.

I never mind the wait time in the waiting room because I understand how thorough Dr. Odubela & Dr. Gentile are. I lived for terrible pain for years & no one could helped me. Dr. Odublea was the first doctor to ever diagnose my condition correctly and treat me appropriately. So, I don't have to suffer at all. Special thanks to Dr. Odubela & Dr. Gentile.
