We have always been treated with the upmost respect and courtesy by everyone in Pavlov’s Hospital. At times when new staff comes on board as anywhere else, there is the learning curve and information height be missed but as soon as it is point and addressed times are resolved!

Dr. Pavlov is always caring and loving to our many pets over the years. Dr. Lerond just diagnosed a flea induced problem and its not all that common. 4= Excellent!
Diagnosis is 3 because of issue that came up with a deceased pit didn’t catch pneumonias issue.

Pavlov has really been good to my dog. Dr. Paterson the vet is awesome. So caring and kind. Jones the tech is very gentle and understands our dog and his pretension.

I was a very busy waiting room and took about 10-15 minutes to even let know I was here . I was about 10 minutes late myself so I am not upset but it does seem like in higher volume time there would be a sign in sheet to keep the back room moving.

I've never had a bad experience bringing my dogs here. The staff has always been extremely friendly and Dr. Pavlov is very knowledgeable having correctly diagnosed every condition my dogs have had. My dogs are my children and I would never trust to take them anywhere else.
