I have been a patient for several years and have always received great care. Recently, I decided to have Lasik surgery, the care went above and beyond expectations. First, the office offers a team approached to its care. Dr. Josephson articulates the process, procedure and his expectations clearly. He does a great job in coaching his team along the way in a manner that leaves you feeling comfortable - like everyone knows what is happening.

The "bedside manner" is terrific by all, especially Dr. Josephson. Often times we allow technology to drive the conversation and appointment rather than focusing on client care/concerns first.

He addresses the need then moves to the computer allowing him to maintain eye contact at all times. That is the most important to a client.
