The lady who takes us in and calls our name is always very jolly and sweet. How ever the older lady with curly blond hair is not so much. On today's appointment she totally skipped us waiting and sitting infront of her waiting for eye glass check to help another patient who came in after us only since I don't feel like being ignored even more next time we've here.
