Runs out of paper towels would like to have wash clothes, wants to always have manners in room.
Stuff just thrown in disarray closet and dresser. Has been afraid. Meaning some of the load residents yelling at night. She feels like it is someone getting in. Was worried when “Stella” was wondering in rooms.

Wishes therapy department (specially OT) would talk to residents and listen to them and not ignore during therapy. She said the therapists acted like they were better than her, they seemed to play favorites.

Not satisfied with bingo/ wish they did more new things in therapy instead of puzzles and baking/ aides take too long/ it's too noisy / wishes we had more vegetarian options/ very clean but hall 100 smells like urine.

Sometimes familiar CNAs / nurses off at the same time and resident was confused/ therapy needs better scheduling for resident /social worker needs to be more professional and confidential with families and administrator seems to be out of sight and out of mind/ dietary does not give enough portions/ stuff has been stolen / facility needs another van.
