Coffee at breakfast has no creamer, no sugar.
Food is bland, not hot, food sits in hallways and gets cold. I am very unhappy with weekend staff. No coffee, no ice on weekends. the staff acts like they are on vacation. No boos here and they only half way do their job.

Social Worker. I had to call her! Also , I had to get other facilities involved. Never got my home health. I had to do everything. Completely disorganized. Don't know my doctor never came in one time. Did not get meds on time.

Wait 45 minutes for call light to be answered. A couple of CNA's are very ugly and lazy, will not help re-position me in bed! Some CNA's are good. Feel safe except when I need a CNA or nurse.
