Switch from Fed Ex to another carrier. They are so unsatisfying. Had to delay multiple cases due t them using track of tissue.

DMEK pre-cut tissue has a tear in it.

How can we improve our service? DMEK pre-cut tissue has a tear in it. Although it was identified somewhat, tissue should have been rejected but we made do & tore the floppy piece off.

Comments: Would have preferred new cornea pre-cut without tear.
