Very short staffed with Aids which takes a long time to respond.The rooms are in bad shape for the age of the facility. Food is not good.

I think if a resident doesn’t get a check there should be some kind of backup to enable us to pay our bills and go shopping because this place gets all of our money to begin with. It’s hell being poor in a place like this.
