Coffee at breakfast has no creamer, no sugar.

Social Worker. I had to call her! Also , I had to get other facilities involved. Never got my home health. I had to do everything. Completely disorganized. Don't know my doctor never came in one time. Did not get meds on time.

Wait 45 minutes for call light to be answered. A couple of CNA's are very ugly and lazy, will not help re-position me in bed! Some CNA's are good. Feel safe except when I need a CNA or nurse.
